Value-based leadership

What is value-based leadership? Values are derived from our beliefs, and convictions. Values are what is important for each of us. When these values are translated into actions, they become the leadership principles.

The principles of value-based leadership include the following:

· Self-reflection to understand what our true values

· Ability to see situations from multiple perspective and having a balanced view

· Self-confidence by understanding our strengths, weakness and seeks for continuous improvement

· Genuine humility in life
